As a Program Coordinator, you will provide operational oversight and coordination for designated service delivery areas, ensuring high-quality supports are delivered in accordance with individualized plans. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor service quality, support staff development, oversee documentation and compliance activities, coordinate medical and wellness needs, and help individuals achieve their goals while promoting independence, community involvement, and overall well-being.
