Program Coordinator| Grand Rapids, MI| Full Time

The Program Coordinator develops, coordinates, and oversees community-based programs at Resource Village that support residents of Eastpointe Commons and the surrounding community. Working under the guidance of the Director of Community Workforce Development, this role helps ensure programs align with Hope Network's mission, create positive participant experiences, and connect individuals with resources that support personal growth, stability, and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee daily program operations and activities
  • Assist with planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of grant-funded programs
  • Facilitate training classes, workshops, and support groups
  • Connect participants to community resources, services, and supports
  • Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities within the community
  • Track program outcomes and maintain required documentation and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Support marketing, program promotion, and community awareness efforts
  • Identify opportunities for program growth and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Preferred:

  • Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, or support groups
  • Knowledge of community resources and workforce development programs

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with formerly incarcerated individuals
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Experience with program oversight, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record systems
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and community partners
