The Department of Talent & Organizational Development is currently seeking a full time Program Coordinator to work in Miami.
CORE JOB SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent & Organizational Development (TOD) team through the management and coordination of the organization-wide orientation and other learning initiatives. This position assists with setting up training rooms, training materials, training supplies, and ensuring participants have access to and receive credit for attending the various training sessions offered.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Serves as primary information resource regarding training programs and orientation procedures and processes.
Assists in training program development and updates.
Creates and monitors employee training session rosters.
Prepares orientation enrollment lists and materials, confirms facilitators and training formats for Global Orientation and other training programs.
Assists with Facilitators audition, selection, and training process.
Coordinates training venue schematics and logistics.
Manages various training sessions to include format/venue set-up, catering, facilitator updates, and participant questions.
Captures session statistical information and maintains training records.
Manages employee enrollment in ULearn and assigns required on-line training to new hires in a timely manner.
Registers students for courses using University procedures and systems.
Assists with database maintenance and enrollment management.
Works to continuously evaluate employees learning experience and improve quality and value of the program.
Develops strategic partnerships with external entities and organizations.
Reviews program effectiveness through survey results and offers suggestions for improvements.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Commitment to the University’s core values.
Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office).
