Job Description

The Hunter Transmission Project (HTP) is a critical initiative delivering new transmission infrastructure to unlock renewable energy zones, strengthen network reliability, and support long-term energy security across NSW. As part of HTP, you will join a high-performing Major Projects team delivering complex infrastructure that will play a significant role in Australia’s energy transition and future network capability.

About the Role

In your role as Program Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Major Project Delivery Director, Commercial Manager, and broader HTP Commercial team. Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement Director, you will support the coordination of meetings, travel, reporting, documentation, financial processing, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement across the Hunter Transmission Project Delivery Phase.

This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support effective project coordination, maintain high-quality records and reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a fast-paced and complex project environment.

About You

  • Experience providing administrative, coordination, or project support within infrastructure, construction, utilities, or major projects environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Experience supporting meetings, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining registers, and coordinating documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and document management systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and provide high-quality administrative support.
