Shredding Program Coordinator
Job Type: Full time (40 hours) Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Location: Danvers Massachusetts
Pay-Rate: $26 Hourly
Provides supervision, opportunities, and skill development to persons served by the Northeast Arc in their work supports program. Provides supervision, guidance, and training to assigned program case managers.
Major Responsibilities:
Provides supervision, guidance, and training to program case managers.
Evaluates and determines program participants’ interests and develops individual skills.
Maintains communication with other Program Coordinators and apprises Program Director as changes occur.
Provides assigned caseload oversight by attending scheduled meetings, maintaining regular and professional contact with the participant’s team, completing all required documentation, and ensuring the participant’s progress in program as determined by his or her goals.
Creates individual goals to reflect participant’s vision for skill development.
Completes all necessary assessments and required paperwork for the participant’s annual support meeting in HCSIS.
Develops meaningful and cost-effective skill development for the program and empowers program case managers to initiate similar types of programming.
Maintains all required documentation within required time limits to include:
Daily data
Monthly/quarterly progress notes (6 month progress summaries in HCSIS)
Interest inventories
Assessments
Work sites payroll for persons served (if applicable)
Confidential record updates
Other duties and special programs as assigned.
