Join our Guided Personal Supports (GPS) team as a Program Coordinator and play a hands-on role in supporting people to thrive in their communities through person-centered, individualized services.
The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families participating in the GPS program. This position oversees the implementation of Individual Support Contracts, ensures quality service delivery, and partners closely with families, providers, and internal staff to help individuals achieve meaningful community participation and independent living goals.
The GPS program includes services such as College Navigation, Autism Coaching, In-Home Supports, Agency with Choice, and services in collaboration with the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB).
