Bard College’s Center for Environmental Policy (CEP) seeks a Program Coordinator to support our suite of in-person graduate programs: MS in Environmental Policy, MS in Climate Science and Policy, and M Ed in Environmental Education degree programs.
The Coordinator will manage the day-to-day student experience for a diverse population of up to fifty students each year, including academic affairs, student life and community engagement. Bard CEP staff provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and equity-centered student support, including student success coaching, basic needsreferral, and assistance in navigating institutional offices.
In addition, the Coordinator will assist the Assistant Director and faculty in planning and delivering the curricular, co-curricular and administrative dimensions of the programs, and serve as a key point of connection between students, campus offices, and community partners.
This is an in-person role based on the Bard Campus in Annadale-on-Hudson, NY, requiring a consistent on campus presence (at least three days per week) during the academic year, with occasional evenings and weekend commitments as needed.
