The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions to ensure high-quality services for children and families. This position serves as the first point of contact for new families, coordinates enrollment and subsidy processes, supervises temporary staff and volunteers, and supports administrative, marketing, and compliance functions of the Child Development Program. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Sr. Program Manager to maintain compliance with licensing, funding, and program standards.
