You will work closely with Project Managers and Project Controls Specialists (PCS) to develop integrated project schedules and cost baselines, ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, and financial performance.

In this role, you will not only drive schedule development and execution but also demonstrate a strong understanding of project controls disciplines, including cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance measurement. Your ability to integrate schedule and cost data will enable actionable insights that improve project outcomes, drive efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Your contributions will directly impact on project delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Honeywell’s governance standards, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable building solutions.

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with project scope, milestones, and customer deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust schedules to mitigate delays and execution risks.
  • Track material availability, installation, commissioning, and system delivery timelines (BMS, Fire, Security systems).
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, constraints, and bottlenecks, driving corrective action plans.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) based on contracts and strategies.
  • Track Cost budgets and time-phased baselines and integrate performance measures.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation, including schedule performance tracking and milestone validation.
  • Analyze schedule and cost performance vs. baseline, identifying variances, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting and project financial health assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell standards, scheduling best practices, and SOX controls.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or Related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret schedule and cost performance data.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office package or similar skill e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Suite etc.

WE VALUE

  • Working knowledge with project management processes (i.e., cost, EVM (Earned Value Management), schedule, baseline development, assigning time phased resources and budgets to work scope, performance measurements, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and PMIS tools (EcoSys, Cora, etc.).
  • Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
  • Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix work environment.
  • Experience with financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management.
