JOB SUMMARY: The Program Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting management and occupancy reviews of assigned multifamily project-based Section 8 properties. The role ensures compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations through tenant file reviews, rent calculations, follow-up monitoring, and physical inspections. The Compliance Specialist also conducts follow-up inspections of Section 8 units referred by HUD and documents property conditions to ensure required corrective actions are completed.
This is a hybrid role that requires one in‑office day each week, assigned by Quadel, along with statewide travel throughout North Carolina to perform on‑site property reviews. Regular fieldwork is a core responsibility of the position.
