  • Lead the transformation of software engineering practices across teams.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, XP (Extreme Programming), and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Coach, mentor, and enable teams to improve engineering productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability through training, facilitation, and continuous learning initiatives.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience with modern development technologies: TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, Microservices, Git Actions, Security Testing
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Pipelines, Prompt Engineering, MCP Servers, and Custom AI Agents
  • Expertise in TDD, BDD, automation, refactoring, contract testing, performance testing, and quality engineering practices

Agile & Leadership Skills

  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scrum@Scale frameworks.
  • Proven experience coaching Agile teams and leading organizational change.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the engineering transformation vision, roadmap, and strategy.
  • Create and socialize a technology acceleration roadmap and North Star architecture.
  • Drive adoption of MVP thinking, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven delivery.
  • Establish engineering health metrics, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide technology risk and opportunity insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Develop knowledge and capability-building strategies across squads.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs on Agile, XP, and AI practices.

Success Measures

  • Increased adoption of Agile, XP, and Agentic AI practices.
  • Improved engineering productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Teams aligned to strategic technical objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Effective use of engineering health dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Successful training and capability uplift across engineering teams.

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience in:
    • Agile Coaching
    • Training & Facilitation
    • Mentoring & Leadership
    • Engineering Transformation
    • Continuous Improvement Practices

Ideal Candidate

A senior Agile Coach / Engineering Excellence Leader with strong hands-on engineering knowledge, experience in modern software development and AI practices, and a proven track record of driving large-scale Agile and engineering transformations
