Program Case Manager/Driver

Location: Danvers, MA / Stoneham, MA

Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday

Target Rate:$25.00 Hourly

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the individual's experience, education, and internal equity.

As a Program Case Manager/Driver on the Journeys team, you will play a meaningful, hands-on role in making that mission a reality each day. In this position, you will provide direct supervision and skill-building support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports program, while also taking responsibility for safely transporting participants to and from program sites and community locations. This is a role for someone who brings both a caring presence and a reliable sense of responsibility to their work, someone who understands that the journey matters just as much as the destination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and individualized support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports program
  • Complete daily transportation runs for assigned participants in compliance with HST/MART/DDS regulations
  • Facilitate skill development activities and meaningful opportunities tailored to participants' individual goals
  • Support participants at volunteer sites, work sites, and community outings
  • Maintain accurate program records and daily documentation
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with participants, their families, and program staff
  • Operate program vehicles safely and in accordance with Northeast Arc and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or other related experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; effective communicator in both person and in writing
  • Team player who is flexible and able to adapt to a changing schedule
  • Ability to communicate in English and/or ASL via direct communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and associated applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk up to one hour uninterrupted
  • Must successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment.
