What is Program Beyond the Finish Line?

Through Program Beyond the Finish Line, we aim to empower women athletes and para-athletes (People with disabilities competing in Sports) by creating opportunities for career growth, leadership visibility, financial empowerment, networking, and meaningful collaborations.
The program offers opportunities across professional roles, advocacy initiatives, community engagement, communications, and brand representation. Participants will contribute to impactful initiatives while becoming ambassadors for inclusion, resilience, empowerment, and representation.
What will be your role & responsibilities?
As part of the Program Beyond the Finish Line, participants may contribute across business functions, advocacy initiatives, campaigns, community engagement activities, and ambassadorial opportunities based on their expertise, interests, and sporting commitments.
Key Responsibilities
· Support business functions through research, reporting, coordination, and project contributions
· Represent JazzWorld as a Brand Ambassador at events, campaigns, and community engagements
· Promote inclusion, diversity, and empowerment through storytelling, digital campaigns, and media participation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with sports and youth communities
· Participate in mentorship, learning, and professional development opportunities

· Women athletes and para-athletes (People with disabilities competing in Sports) who have officially represented Pakistan at National or International sporting platforms
· Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications or experience considered
· Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to balance professional and athletic commitments
· Passion for inclusion, advocacy, and community impact
