Responsibilities
Grant Support, Research, and Data Management
Assist with data collection, management, analysis, and reporting for grant-funded maternal and child health programs.
Support program evaluation activities, including tracking performance measures and grant deliverables.
Maintain databases and prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations.
Assist with research activities, including literature reviews, surveys, participant engagement, and dissemination of findings.
Support STEM and workforce development initiatives through educational programming and student engagement.
Assist with website maintenance, social media content, and program communications.
Coordinate community outreach activities, events, and partner engagement efforts.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to support program implementation and grant objectives.
Assist with preparation of grant reports, program materials, and other administrative documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Master of Public Health in Epidemiology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of experience supporting grant-funded maternal and child health programs.
Required Licenses and Certifications
Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Trainings
Responsible Conduct of Research Training via TAMU
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting research, program evaluation, and community-based initiatives through collaboration with faculty, students, healthcare organizations, community partners, and funding agencies to advance program goals and disseminate findings.
Experience with safety protocols, risk assessment, and best practices for community- and home-based visiting programs.
Experience with manuscript preparation, literature reviews, and scientific writing.
Experience working in an academic or research institution and collaborating with faculty, students, and interdisciplinary teams.
Experience using software such as REDCap, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, for data collection, database management, and reporting.
Experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes, including protocol submissions, amendments, and regulatory compliance.
Experience presenting research findings at professional conferences through poster and/or oral presentations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
