  • Coordinating with the Project Director to prioritize and complete tasks associated with ongoing project management objectives.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information without compromise.
  • Maintain training spreadsheets. inventory control documents, database and required forms.
  • Collect all training data and input into the required training management systems.
  • Organize and prioritize data collection workload to ensure current project data is available.
  • Document scheduling and assist with organizing training activities.
  • Answer and route phone calls in a courteous manner to appropriate departmental personnel.

Examples of duties

  • A high school diploma and relevant work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
