Job Description

The Program Analyst will assist with the execution of staff movements to include Transfers, Intro and Exit move requests. Will coordinate with various Command Directorates and PEO’s to ensure connectivity and VOIP's are configured accurately and documented with our IT internal system. Will ensure all space occupancy and seat configurations are executed and complying with Zoning Authority standards. Will assist with troubleshooting connectivity and VOIP issues. Assist with other duties as required.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Execute personnel moves in Archibus (Workplace Management System). Maintain Archibus database.
  • Establish and adapt SOPs (standard operating procedures) to optimize workflow.
  • Track Navy IT assets
  • Manage NMCI/NNPI/VOIP circuits in Circuit Builder
  • Manage NAVSEA phone extensions
  • Liaison to NAVY IT for port activations
  • Manage IT/VOIP circuits in Telecom Console
  • Manage IT/NNPI/VVOIP circuits in Circuit Builder
  • Assist in IT connectivity troubleshooting with all ACIOs across the Command
  • Manage various facilities projects such as furniture builds and reconfigurations, block moves, event setup and coordination.
  • Track NAVFAC projects on the horizon.
  • Interface with a network of offices such as Security, Safety, IT, NAVFAC, Fire Marshall...
  • Oversee various technicians and labor support. Manage facilities projects from start to finish. Project development. Review designs and work w/ customer to set project requirements. Manage customer expectations. Ensure project completion and quality control.
  • Execute various programmatic administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Logistic Management experience.
  • Organized, and effective communicator.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Public Trust clearance
