Functional Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Journeyman Program Analyst, you are responsible for providing customer recommendations for E-130J related initiatives. The E-130J has recently started the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase as an acquisition category (ACAT) I program. The position would be responsible directly to the APML and PSM in tracking of contract execution and performance as well as initiating and developing funding and procurement documents for future program requirements for systems that are within the purview of the IPT. Apply knowledge and expertise in continuous process improvement to track performance to plan on program office efforts.

Minimum of 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Education Requirements
BA/BS degree from an accredited college
Or
Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Or
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
