Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Program Analyst Journeymanto work in our Orlando, Floridaoffice.

  • Supporting development and execution of enterprise product support strategies; sustainment and transition planning.
  • The role supports analysis and documentation of supportability requirements, sustainment metrics, and lifecycle considerations for enterprise systems, applications, and integrated capabilities. 
  • Additional duties include supporting configuration and asset tracking (where applicable); coordinating logistics and sustainment inputs to acquisition and integration documentation (e.g., SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs); supporting deployment, transition, and operational support activities; and tracking sustainment performance and service-level metrics.
  • The Product Support Journeyman assists with data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes. 
  • The role works closely with program managers, systems engineers, test teams, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure capabilities are supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs throughout their lifecycle. 

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 3+ years of experience supporting logistics, product support, sustainment, or lifecycle management within a DoD, Federal, or large enterprise environment 
  • Demonstrated experience with: 
  • Product support and sustainment planning 
  • Lifecycle logistics or enterprise service support 
  • Development or support of sustainment metrics and reporting 
  • Coordination across technical, operational, and program teams 
  • Documentation and process improvement support
