Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL

Active TS/SCI Clearance Required

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking a Program Analyst to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J6 Business Administration Office (BAO) under the J6 Program Management Office Support Services (PMOSS) contract.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment. This position requires skill in organizing, tracking, scheduling, and maintaining records and programs supporting the J6 BAO. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the J6 BAO.
  • Assist J6 BAO staff with administrative activities, SOCOM J6 training, Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers, and maintaining and tracking policy implementation and compliance.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, initiative, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Quickly learn and integrate into the USSOCOM organizational culture.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Support various J6 BAO assignments and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Assist with developing and reviewing policy administration documentation.
  • Assist the Government in generating reports that analyze and assess departmental performance against established standards.
  • Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
  • Create reports and data visualizations to support recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor project schedules and identify gaps and potential issues.
  • Track open issues and follow up with responsible personnel.
  • Provide program planning support, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
  • Process travel and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize, route, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Collaborate with the Travel Coordinator on travel preparations.
  • Organize meetings and events, including virtual sessions, and assist with preparing agendas and meeting notes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience supporting program administration, coordination, tracking, scheduling, or reporting.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access required.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience using portals for document management.
  • Interest in program coordination, schedule implementation, and timeline tracking.

EDUCATION

  • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Candidates currently pursuing an appropriate degree at an accredited college or university will also be considered.
