CACI is looking to hire a Program Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PgMO) within the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's Chief Information Officer (CIO) organization at the U.S. Department of State.
The Program Analyst will provide comprehensive program management and analytical support to the PgMO Front Office and its portfolio of information technology programs and initiatives. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that supports a broad range of activities, including program management, financial and resource management, IT quality assurance, Agile software development, acquisition and contract support, software licensing, risk management, performance reporting, governance, and process improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with program managers, IT professionals, CORs, contracting and acquisition personnel, financial staff, vendors, and senior leadership. The position requires someone who can operate effectively in a complex environment, manage competing priorities, identify issues and dependencies, and translate detailed program information into clear, actionable information for leadership.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical professional who can see the big picture while managing the details and who enjoys working across multiple facets of program management and IT operations.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
