MANTECH is seeking a highly motivated PROGRAM ANALYST to support the Aviation Combat Element of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) Science & Technology Division in STAFFORD, VA.

This position will provide comprehensive programmatic and contract support to a portfolio of projects that advance Force Design, capability assessments, and concept experimentation. These efforts directly support the development of future Marine Corps Operations requirements, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and the refinement of key operational concepts such as Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide dedicated administrative and program support to MCWL Information Section personnel.
  • Manage official documentation, correspondence, and task tracking using the Department of the Navy’s Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (DON ETMS2).
  • Coordinate and support scheduling, meetings, briefings, and events, including drafting agendas and preparing presentation materials.
  • Assist with the development and formatting of reports, memos, briefing slides, and financial/informational spreadsheets using government-provided data.
  • Maintain calendars and schedules in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint; support project management workflows.
  • Facilitate and track action items from meetings and ensure MCWL S&T leadership has the required materials and situational awareness.
  • Support deployment package creation, document handling (scanning, filing, shredding, etc.), and SharePoint site administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic SharePoint functions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Marine Corps programs.
  • Familiarity with government program management practices and task tracking systems such as DON ETMS2.
  • Experience in meeting coordination and executive-level administrative support.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current/active SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
