Position Type: Full Time, The Permanent Supportive Housing Program Administrator supports the development and administration of systems and processes related to the administrative functions of programs, including data and compliance management pertaining to various grants; client programming support; and engages in research and development to support sustainability of the program.
Qualifications: Education or study in a field related to public administration, business, nonprofit management, or communications, is required, as well as experience and/or strong interest in research, developing systems, data entry, grant writing, and other projects.
Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of low-barrier service provision, housing-first, harm reduction, and empowerment approaches, and issues related to human trafficking survivors and other experiences of trauma. A strong understanding of systemic racism, oppression, social and economic justice, and issues related to historically excluded/marginalized groups and communities is preferred. Applicants must also demonstrate understanding and positive regard for individuals experiencing or fleeing violence, experiencing homelessness, poverty, engaging in commercial sex, and other complex situations
