
The Program Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of programs and initiatives. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, assisting with communications, and supporting program staff in delivering high-quality outcomes.
J ob Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain program records, files, and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
Perform accurate data entry into ERP, MES, and WMS systems.
Program Coordination
Assist in planning and organizing program activities, workshops, and events.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Support monitoring and evaluation processes by collecting and compiling data.
Communication & Liaison
Serve as the first point of contact for program-related inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Professional Certificate / NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of administrative or program support experience.
Familiarity with semiconductor or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
