
Scope of Responsibilities: Support implementation and onboarding of specialized client programs and services. Coordinate client, partner, and internal team communications throughout the implementation and maintenance lifecycle. Maintain program configuration data, including provider, pharmacy, product, pricing, and eligibility information. Facilitate ongoing program updates and enhancements through collaboration with operational, pricing, eligibility, and system teams. Support recurring client reporting, operational reviews, and service-related meetings. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of program documentation and updates. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced client experience.
The Program Account Coordinator serves as the primary operational support resource for specialized client programs. This role coordinates implementation activities, maintains client program configurations, facilitates ongoing updates, supports reporting and client communications, and collaborates with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient administration of client solutions. The position acts as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to support successful program execution and ongoing service delivery.
