EMCO Fire Protection is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to join our team as Profit Centre Manager in Victoria, BC.
As the Profit Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the business, including sales growth, profitability, teammate development, customer relationships, and market expansion. You will lead an established team and business while identifying opportunities to strengthen our market position and drive long-term growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment and wants the opportunity to make meaningful decisions, develop people, and create lasting impact. Salary Range - $75,000 + Profit Share
