  • Conduct supply chain risk and reliability analyses for product areas.
  • Generate suggestions for improvements and optimization of supply chain processes and parameters.
  • Control global and local supply chain parameters and set target inventory levels to maintain optimal inventory availability.
  • Control deviations from set target inventory levels. Analyse root causes of SKUs in out-of-stock and overstock and estimate losses in financial amount.
  • Coordinate the development of predictive models: inventory movements, supply chain loads. Model the behaviour of different supply chain scenarios (what if), estimate the impact on key metrics.
  • Participate in operational planning of departmental and cross-functional team activities.
  • Lead projects to improve supply chain performance in collaboration with other departments.
  • Participate in coordination and development of junior specialists.

Qualifications

Qualifications (Essential):

  • Completed higher education, preferably majoring in mathematics, economics or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning methods and their applicability limits: min-max, safety stock, stock buffer, demand driven, and others.
  • Good knowledge of the Lean, TOC or 6 Sigma.
  • Good knowledge of Lean Management: identify and reduce or eliminate waste in all areas of a supply chain
  • Basic knowledge of SCOR model
  • Basic knowledge of Supply chain synchronisation
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel: LookUp, Pivot tables, Power Query.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Language skills: English B1+ (Intermediate and higher, primarily reading & writing skills with the help of online translators).

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Training and certification from international supply chain management and optimization training organisations: TOCICO, DDI, ISM, MIT and others
  • Yellow belt (and higher) of Lean & 6Sigma
  • Language skills: Russian B2
  • Working across different cultures and time zones.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge and relevant working experience in SupplyChain Planning for 3-5 years (transportation company, retail or manufacturing).
  • Experience in processing and normalising average data sets (100.000+ rows).
  • Experience in inventory management of wide pool SKUs (10.000+).
  • Experience in ongoing improving supply chains and related processes. POOGI, Kaizen tree.
  • Experience in educating suppliers to create value for customers by streamlining processes in the value chain
  • Experience with supply chains with long lead times (4+ months)
