Criar um ambiente de sala de aula seguro, inclusivo e estimulante, promovendo a autonomia e o respeito.
Avaliar e monitorizar o progresso dos alunos, adaptando estratégias pedagógicas às necessidades individuais.
Promover hábitos de estudo, pensamento crítico e gosto pela aprendizagem.
Comunicar de forma regular e eficaz com as famílias, partilhando o progresso e bem-estar dos alunos.
Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipa pedagógica e participar ativamente na vida escolar.
Possuir habilitação profissional para a docência no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
Ter experiência no ensino do 1.º Ciclo.
Demonstrar fortes competências de planeamento, gestão de sala de aula e diferenciação pedagógica.
Revelar excelentes capacidades de comunicação e uma abordagem centrada no aluno.
Ser um(a) profissional colaborativo(a), responsável e empenhado(a) na vida da comunidade escolar.
