Job Description

Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Partners in the hospital’s recruitment efforts and employment processes. Manages candidate logistics, maintains databases, and enhances the overall candidate experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Works in close partnership to support the Talent Acquisition Partner to fill vacant positions within the organization.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hire process and helps ensure a positive candidate experience. Schedules appropriate appointments, gathers data, and answers candidate inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in a HCM system and other HR systems. Coordinates new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
  • Participates in the development and revision of workflows, work instructions, policies and procedures, and other program documents, ensuring that they remain up to date all while maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
  • Assists with special projects and events, participates on special committees, including providing administrative support, scheduling, and performing basic project coordination.

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with a diverse population.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while staying organized.
  • Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment.

Experience:

  • One year of experience in administrative support, required.
  • Healthcare experience, preferred.
