What this job involves:

As a Sourcing Specialist at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of delivering strategic procurement solutions that drive value across our operations. In this role, you'll manage the complete sourcing lifecycle—from conducting comprehensive sourcing analyses for internal clients to negotiating and implementing supplier agreements that align with business objectives. You'll serve as a key facilitator for change management, supervising and guiding your team to deliver efficient outcomes while ensuring compliance with JLL policies and procedures. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Source all expense requirements and deliver comprehensive sourcing analyses to internal clients within 5 business days

• Supervise and guide your team to execute sourcing activities efficiently, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery

• Engage stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and global procurement practices

• Monitor and follow up on deliveries, claims, returns, and exchanges of services and goods as required

• Develop and implement supplier agreements, following proper approval procedures according to Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits

• Link supplier capabilities with JLL client business needs to create competitive advantages and drive value

• Support the Sourcing Coordinator or Regional Sourcing Manager in developing sourcing strategies by providing market intelligence and analysis

• Actively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline and optimize core procurement processes such as invoice processing, risk assessment, and supplier classification

• Maintain vendor files according to JLL's contractual policies, procedures, and standards, including contracts, amendments, certificates of insurance, and legal documentation

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in a corporate environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct sourcing analyses and deliver data-driven recommendations

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supervising or leading sourcing teams

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in procurement processes

• Knowledge of Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks and approval workflows

• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization

• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, CPM)

• Change management experience or training
