We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Professional Services Manager to lead our consulting and delivery function in the Nordics, based in Stockholm. This role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, developing a high-performing team, and working closely with Sales to grow Professional Services revenue across the region.

You will oversee a team of consultants, engineers, architects, and project managers, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery while maintaining strong governance, utilisation, and customer satisfaction.

This is a leadership role that combines people management, operational delivery, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary Professional Services team (consultants, engineers, architects, PMs)
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with global standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires in line with growth targets
  • Foster cross-regional collaboration with global delivery teams
  • Engage confidently with senior customer stakeholders, including CISOs, CTOs and programme leads.

Delivery & Operations

  • Own end-to-end delivery quality across all Professional Services engagements in the Nordics
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to customer expectations
  • Implement and enforce PMO governance, standards, and best practices
  • Monitor and drive key delivery metrics (utilisation, margin, billability, project health)
  • Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks
  • Ensure consistent use of tools (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce, PowerBI, MS Copilot & other reporting platforms.)

Commercial & Growth

  • Partner with Sales to support pipeline development, scoping, and solution design
  • Contribute to and review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and commercial viability
  • Drive Professional Services revenue, profitability, and utilisation targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Support bid responses, proposals, and customer presentation

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as senior escalation point for key customers in the region
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) across all engagements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Managed Services, PMO, Leadership)

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive consistency through standardised delivery frameworks, onboarding models, and QA processes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across delivery, tools, and processes
  • Ensure alignment with global Professional Services strategy and operating model
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance and risks

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Professional Services Manager / Delivery Manager / Consulting Manager role
  • Strong background in IT services, cybersecurity, or managed services environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing consulting teams and complex customer engagements
  • Experience with commercial delivery, including SOWs, pricing, and margin management
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and PMO governance
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Knowledge of Nordic market and customer landscape
