The Opportunity: Professional Services Leader

The salary for this role is $80,000–$90,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.

What You’ll Own

Lead the Professional Services Team

  • Lead productive project meetings and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, risks, decisions, and outstanding tasks using Monday.com and other company tools.
  • Coordinate internal and customer resources to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly.

Strengthen Customer Relationships and Professional Services Revenue

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their business goals, workflows, and software needs.
  • Identify additional services that could improve customer outcomes, including configuration changes, training, and other professional services.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Client Support to provide a smooth customer experience.
  • Ensure completed projects are properly documented and handed over to the Client Support team.
  • Improve Professional Services processes, tools, and delivery standards as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing several projects, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and closeout.
  • A practical, customer-focused approach and the ability to identify solutions that support customer goals.
  • Ability to travel as required, with a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Strongly Preferred
