We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our Services team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to deploy Fortra’s software solutions in the field. Your ability to build strong partnerships, drive successful implementations, and adapt to diverse customer environments will be essential. This role requires extensive travel and occasional delivery of formal training sessions to customers and partners, highlighting your excellent communication and consulting skills to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Demonstrate technical mastery of at least one product and its associated applications, or a highly specialized technical discipline such as: Third-party product integrations using APIs NERC, CIP solution delivery, or Information Systems Security
• Develop custom scripts, utilities, and integrations to meet customer requirements.
• Gather and document infrastructure and technical requirements, and create implementation and production deployment procedures that enable Fortra products to operate effectively within customer environments.
• Provide timely project status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting customers.
• Execute customer and project requirements, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
• Deliver professional services and support both remotely and onsite.
• Partner with the PMO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and report on project progress.
• Exercise authority within established policies and areas of expertise as directed.
• Support Services revenue objectives by maintaining a minimum of 65% billable utilization.
• Continuously refine and improve business analysis processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Services Coordination, Support or Training
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Good aptitude for troubleshooting
• Fundamental understanding of network connectivity, web interfaces, end point management and software deployment
• Experience with successfully managing external stakeholders through conflict resolution
• Proactive, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
