Professional Sales Specialist - Pharma (Taoyuan/Hsinchu)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible territory: The hospital channel of Taoyuan/Hsinchu

This role will be based in 【 Taoyuan/Hsinchu】, dedicated in 【 Infectious diseases/Anesthesia】therapeutic areas, and will report to the【 Sales Manager】

• Utilize and apply company resources during customer visits, conduct effective promotional messages to target customers.
• Responsible for customer development and cultivation in the assigned area, while maintaining strong rapports with existing customers to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Develop territory priorities (action plans) with both qualitative and quantitative metrics with timely review and reporting.
• Plan and execute territory activities that align with business units/product strategy while providing timely feedback to sales manager and marketers.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as marketer or sales representative
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good at operating Microsoft software, e.g.: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc
• Basic English ability is required, especially in listening and reading
• Possess the characteristics of being proactive and able to independently develop the market in related fields
• Willingness to accept changes and challenges
• Familiar with therapeutic areas of Anesthesia, Anti-infectious disease is preferred
• Driving license is required
