Wacker Neuson is seeking a motivated and results-driven Professional RPO Recruiter to join our onsite recruiting team in Menomonee Falls, WI!

This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and corporate positions, including Engineering, Quality, Accounting, Test & Validation, and other specialized office roles.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships, and partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Recruit for professional and technical positions across multiple departments.
• Utilize LinkedIn and Indeed to actively source and engage qualified candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate updates, and facilitate the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records.

Required Skills

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing required.
• Professional, technical, or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, quality, accounting, sales, or similar positions is a plus.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
