What this job involves:

• Assist in Tender pricing and cost estimations, souring of quotations, cost evaluation and prepare cost comparison, especially for interior fit-out projects

• Evaluate Contract/Sub-contract works and carry out other Contracts Administration with clients and vendors

• Maintaining positive supplier relations

• Procuring for projects via an online platform

• Assist in all activities of the procurement and admin department.

• Managing procurement process via JLL's own cloud-based platform for all procurement

• On-board and pre-qualify vendors to JLL standards

• Preparation of client invoices and processing of vendor invoices

• Maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures

• Preparation of tender documents including review and understanding the tender documents, specifications and drawings for taking off quantities

• Compilation of Bill of Quantity, tender documents / amendments and submission of tender bids etc

• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors

• Confer with engineers, architects, designers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates

• To compare and negotiate price and with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors

• To prepare and issue of PO and verify supplier invoice for payment

• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

• Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations

• Any other duties as assigned

To apply you need to be:

We employ talent from a wide range of backgrounds, though typically you should have:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, and/or around five to ten years’ experience in a similar QS/Cost Consultancy position.

• Have good experience in the pre-construction as well as the construction phase of interior fit-out projects

• Relevant experience in a QS Consultancy firm will be advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technologically savvy

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Attention to detail

• You should have a great sense of urgency when it comes to solving problems, improving products or services, finding new markets, and implementing new strategies

• A great communicator with superb organisational skills

• A structured and organised approach with an eye for detail is also crucial, as is being tech-savvy.

• You should have a great sense of urgency when it comes to solving problems, improving products or services, finding new markets, and implementing new strategies. • 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 프로젝트 조달

• 조달 및 관리 부서의 모든 활동 지원

• 모든 조달을 위한 JLL 자체 클라우드 기반 플랫폼을 통한 조달 프로세스 관리

• JLL 기준에 따른 공급업체 온보딩 및 사전 자격 심사

• 고객 인보이스 준비 및 공급업체 인보이스 처리

• 원가 모니터링 및 보고 시스템과 절차 유지

• 물량 산출을 위한 입찰 문서 검토 및 이해, 시방서 및 도면을 포함한 입찰 문서 준비

• 물량내역서, 입찰 문서/수정안 작성 및 입찰 제출 등

• 공급업체, 계약업체 및 하도급업체 디렉토리 준비 및 유지

• 원가 견적 변경 및 조정에 관해 엔지니어, 건축가, 디자이너, 소유주, 계약업체 및 하도급업체와 협의

• 공급업체, 계약업체 및 하도급업체와 가격 비교 및 협상

• 발주서 준비 및 발행, 지급을 위한 공급업체 인보이스 검증

• 예비 공급업체 조사 및 평가

• 압박 속에서도 성과를 내고 촉박한 마감일과 높은 기대치를 효과적으로 처리

• 지시받은 기타 업무

지원 자격:

다양한 배경의 인재를 채용하며, 일반적으로 다음 자격을 갖추어야 합니다:

• 관련 분야 학위 또는 디플로마 보유 및/또는 유사한 QS/원가 컨설팅 직무에서 약 5~10년의 경력

• 인테리어 피트아웃 프로젝트의 시공 전 단계 및 시공 단계에 대한 풍부한 경험 보유

• QS 컨설팅 회사에서의 관련 경력 우대

• Microsoft Office 능숙 및 기술에 능통

• 강력한 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력

• 우수한 분석 및 전략적 사고 능력

• 세부사항에 대한 주의력

• 문제 해결, 제품 또는 서비스 개선, 새로운 시장 발굴, 새로운 전략 실행 시 뛰어난 긴박감 보유

• 탁월한 조직 능력을 갖춘 훌륭한 커뮤니케이터

• 체계적이고 조직적인 접근 방식과 세부사항에 대한 안목 필수, 기술에 능통해야 함
