- Achieve the promotion, sales, profitability, and growth targets set for the region and products in line with the defined business strategy and company values.
- Establish, structure, and strengthen communication with the HCPs in the region.
- Additionally, assess risks within the area of responsibility and inform the manager in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote to healthcare professionals to highlight product benefits.
- Achieve sales, profitability, growth, and execution KPIs in the responsible area.
1st and 2nd Item Activity List
- Visit healthcare professionals regularly within a defined plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Execute the assigned communication channel plan with HCPs, including physical and remote visits.
- Explain Opella product features and benefits to HCPs during visits, in line with marketing and medical strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, report, and achieve market share targets.
- Conduct appropriate numbers of visits to targeted pharmacies and doctors based on segmentation and targeting criteria and ensure timely reporting into the regional management system.
- Conduct commercial marketing activities in assigned pharmacies for the assigned products and achieve execution KPIs.
- Organize meetings with healthcare professionals, input data into the electronic territory management system (ETMS), and prepare required content.
- Accountability – Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical knowledge on responsible products and use this information ethically, legally, and in line with customer needs; follow all adverse drug reactions and technical complaints.
- Ensure stock and sales-out tracking in pharmacies in the region, regularly check data, and inform the sales manager about opportunities and risks.
- When receiving any adverse drug reaction information from HCPs, ensure the Adverse Drug Reaction Form is completed and faxed to the Pharmacovigilance Unit within 24 hours.
- Prepare daily activity reports accurately and regularly, report expenses, and be organized and meticulous in all processes (apply ETMS as defined).
About You:
Education Level: University graduate – Newly Graduated with Medical/Pharmaceutical/Veterinary /Science background
