Texas Instruments is seeking for a Professional Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for Facilities Operations and Engineering, ensuring the reliability, efficiency and compliance of all mechanical utility systems within the site. You will oversee the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of process utilities including HVAC, CDA, PVAC, Gas and Water Systems. Responsibilities include managing system performance, capacity planning, and operational flexibility to support changing production or facility demands. The role will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively implemented, system redundancies are maintained and downtime risks are minimized. You will lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, energy optimization initiatives, and lifecycle management of mechanical assets. The position also involves reviewing and approving mechanical designs, supervising contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure facility systems are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long term operational requirements.

Minimum requirements
Must be a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) duly registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, preferably in an industrial plant manufacturing, semiconductor or critical facility environment.
Proven experience in the operation maintenance, and optimization of building and utility systems, including HVAC, PVAC, CDA and Water Systems.
Strong working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, asset lifecycle management, and reliability engineering principles.
Experience in contractor supervision, project coordination, and review of mechanical designs and technical documents.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, system troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage-cross functional teams.
Proficient in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office and CMMS platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
Strong background in energy management, sustainability initiatives, and cost optimization programs.
Experience in capacity expansion, system upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
Knowledge in SCADA Systems or other monitoring platforms.
Experience in budget preparation, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and vendor performance management.
Background in regulatory audits compliance inspections and risk management planning.
Background in cleanroom environments, controlled environments or high-spec production facilities.
Experience in risk assessment methodologies such as FMEA and business continuity planning.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluation for facility upgrades
