What you will do

As the Professional Marketing Manager, Pain & Oral Care you will act as a business leader to drive growth through Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) focused strategies & executions with a truly national impact. You will be responsible for leading executional excellence across key HCP need states and identify opportunities and best practices to enhance synergy, consistency and efficiency.

K envue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brands to grow HCP recommendations

  • Supporting new launches and the core portfolio through science, building comprehensive go-to-market plans leveraging an omni-channel model including conferencing, sampling, retail partnerships, webinars, e-detailing, media, CRM, digital, social, and other scalable solutions

  • Crafting marketing communications (eg. Digital and social content, video, print, sampling etc.), claims and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners

  • Uncovering insights about the category, competitor & healthcare professionals that drive business recommendations

  • Conducting HCP-focused ad-boards to uncover insights that shape in-market activations

  • Collaborating with internal departments including Medical, External Engagement, Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain and Demand Planning in support of HCP activities/projects

  • Leading your HCP budget & making recommendations to drive optimized investment

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a university degree is required; preferably in business/marketing or a healthcare professional related field. MBA an asset.

  • 3-5 years of previous healthcare marketing experience is required.

  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Strong understanding and ability to interpret science, healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulations

  • English/French bilingualism is highly preferred

  • Willing to commute to the office twice a week. While our office is currently in Markham, it will be relocating to North York.

  • Ability to travel nationally 20% of the time for conferences and other HCP events.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead multiple projects and tasks at the same time with a focus on prioritization and quality.

  • Self-motivated, results oriented, creative problem solver, with ability to lead through ambiguity.

  • Shows curiosity to grow and develop. Derives creative solutions to generate business value.

  • Digital marketing, CRM and social media experience is an asset, as are budget management and forecasting skills.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$92,600.00 - $142,600.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
