
Professional Marketing Manager – Oral Healthcare (Benelux) Your role:As Professional Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare, you have end‑to‑end ownership of the professional marketing agenda in the Benelux. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution and work closely with local teams and the Western Europe organization.
Strategy & planning
Localize and execute the Western Europe Professional Marketing strategy for the Benelux, translating strategic priorities into locally relevant plans with the highest business impact.
Define priorities based on commercial impact and continuously monitor performance, proactively initiating short‑ and long‑term improvements where needed.
Collaborate with the Western Europe team to shape locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, portfolio choices and business models.
Professional engagement & events
Select, organize and execute participation in professional events, congresses and educational initiatives to actively engage with dental professionals.
Strengthen long‑term relationships with key professional stakeholders and partners in the dental ecosystem.
Digital & omnichannel marketing
Localize and execute the Western Europe digital go‑to‑market strategy, supported by a strong local content and engagement plan.
Manage professional digital platforms and engagement tools (e.g. marketing CRM, Philips Store for Professionals, hub pages) to drive funnel conversion, engagement and loyalty.
Brand & portfolio activation
Ensure strong alignment between consumer and professional marketing across end‑to‑end processes, including New Product Introductions (NPIs).
Activate professional marketing toolkits to support market growth and consistent brand positioning.
Together with Western Europe, drive the strategic growth plan for Philips Zoom Whitening, including distribution support, forecasting and identification of local growth opportunities.
Governance & budget
Manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) marketing and sampling budget.
Ensure alignment with local Legal and Regulatory teams on compliant and approved claims and content.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or a comparable commercial role.
Experience within dental care, healthcare or a regulated B2B environment is a strong advantage.
A service‑ and solution‑oriented mindset, with a passion for building long‑term professional relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize effectively and translate strategy into action.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a balanced push‑and‑pull approach.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with diverse local and international stakeholders.
Hands‑on, proactive and detail‑oriented, with a clear sense of ownership.
Experience across both traditional and digital marketing, combined with a creative mindset.
Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English
