This position reports into Head of CE Hub Marketing and is based in Neuss, Germany.

What will you do

CE Professional Marketing Lead will be the strategic owner of Professional Marketing for Central Europe, responsible for defining, developing and deploying scientific and professional marketing content that enables strong professional plans across the cluster.

The role will connect global professional strategy with local CE market activations, ensuring CE has strong, consistent and impactful professional marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and leadership:

• Define and own the CE Professional Marketing strategy fully aligned with Global Professional and CE business priorities
• Translate the global professional strategies into a coherent CE professional roadmap
• Act as thought leader for CE, shaping Professional direction, priorities & investment choices

Scientific content excellence & digital innovation:

• With their team, lead the development of scientific, educational and professional content

• Ensure content is scalable and deployable across multiple CE markets
• Lead Digital evolution/innovation with HCPs: mapping of new technologies and models for HCPs engagement and standup the new Professional Omnichannel Academy+ Platform

Local market activation support:

• Partner closely with local CE markets to support priority launches and initiatives and enable strong local execution
• Connection, strategy and interface with Hub Marketing team, local Medical Affairs and Regional/ Global R&D, and BDTs

Team leaderships and capability building:

• Lead and develop the CE Professional Marketing team
• Build high performance culture focused on scientific excellence, strategic thinking and strong cross functional collaboration

Budget ownership and resource management

• Own and manage the CE Professional Marketing budget
• Ensure investments are prioritized based on business impact, scalability & strategic importance
• Drive strong ROI discipline across content development and deployment
