What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide hands-on, on‑site IT support to colleagues, resolving incidents and requests to ensure daily operations continuity
• Support workplace technologies including Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and local infrastructure for reliable user experience
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, acting quickly to restore productivity
• Collaborate with central IT teams and external partners to ensure fast, high‑quality resolution when escalation is needed
• Support manufacturing and production‑related IT systems, helping maintain stability in an industrial environment

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in on‑site IT support within a corporate or industrial environment, including Windows and Microsoft 365
• Practical understanding of network connectivity and local infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, on‑site connectivity)
• A strong problem‑solving attitude and hands‑on approach to daily operational challenges
• A service‑oriented, proactive mindset, with clear communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, manage local priorities, and feel comfortable in an international environment
