COCC is seeking a Professional IT Services Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions and consulting services to clients. This role is centered on coaching, developing, and empowering a talented team while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. What you’ll do…
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers.
• Establish performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation, workforce planning, utilization, and service delivery objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee career development.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
• Oversee customer projects, consulting engagements, and operational support activities.
• Partner with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage escalations, balance competing priorities, and make sound business decisions.
• Support infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, migrations, and ongoing support services.
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex infrastructure and networking environments.
What you’ll bring…
• Bachelor’s degree in aComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing geographically dispersed technical teams in a Professional Services environment.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise endpoint management
• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, wireless networking, and VPN solutions
• Experience overseeing infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, system migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of endpoint management platforms and deployment technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualization and digital workspace technologies, including VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, and Microsoft Hyper-V
