Internship purpose

Responsible for the performance of basic administrative duties that provide daily support in one or more areas of the human resource function.

May assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Master data input.
• Time and Attendance support.
• Generate reports and statistics.
• Generate forms and processing documents.
• Assist employees with questions or refers to appropriate resource.
• Provide support to generalist/specialist roles.
• Provide telephone support, mail distribution and other administrative duties to the HR department.

QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS

• Techcnical course in related área (administrative)
• Bachelor and Master in related area (valued)
• Good MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written
• Eligibility for professional internship by portuguese law.
