and Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
• Reach out to leads
• Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
• Achieve sales targets, and appointments
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
• Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
