Two Maids of Greater Austin - Round Rock Territory – North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, Taylor.
We are currently seeking experienced, independent cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services across the Greater Austin area.
This is a contractor opportunity in the Round Rock territory, ideal for individuals who reside within the territory, and prefer flexibility, control over their schedule, and the ability to build on their existing professional cleaning business experience. This position is seeking ONLY experienced professionals with background as a professional house cleaner, commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian. 
Requirements [READ BEFORE APPLYING]

• You are an experienced, professional home and/or commercial cleaner
• You will operate as an independent contractor (1099)
• You have your own reliable transportation 
• The ability to pass a background check 
• You are detail-oriented, polite, and present professionally
• You communicate clearly, both internally and with clients
• You are fully authorized to work in the US, and speak English at a level comfortable communicating/understanding client needs

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and/or light commercial cleanings for valued clients
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with client expectations and quality guidelines
• Maintain a level of excellence in cleaning standards and use of chemicals and equipment 
• Provide your weekly availability, preferred workload, and accept jobs based on these parameters

• Contractors are responsible for managing their own supplies, equipment, transportation, and tax obligations. We make it incredibly easy to secure high-quality professional-grade equipment, supplies, and chemicals if desired
• Opportunities are offered based on contractor availability, service area, client demand, and performance history
• Jobs may be completed independently or collaboratively depending on service type and client preference
• This role is best suited for experienced independent cleaning professionals seeking flexibility and autonomy rather than traditional employment

Compensation

• Commissioned rate per job; rates vary based on home size and service type
• Our most experienced cleaners earn over $1,000/week in base rate, tips, and bonuses
• High performers can increase earnings through consistency and client satisfaction 
• Incentive pay eligibility for excellence in service, client reviews, client retention, and for referrals to other qualified professional house cleaners
