About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on civil engineering role within an established South Florida land development and municipal services firm founded in 1982. The firm maintains long-standing relationships with major homebuilders and private developers and operates with a consistent project backlog and steady growth.

This position exists due to sustained project volume and continued expansion. The firm is seeking a licensed Florida Professional Engineer capable of independently executing land development design work and managing permitting processes.

The Professional Engineer will execute and oversee civil engineering design projects focused exclusively on land development.

This is not a purely managerial role. The selected candidate must actively perform technical design, calculations, drafting, and permitting work using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role requires ownership of projects from design through permitting and construction support.
