As a Professional Customer Support - Casual Hours you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels.
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
• Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences.
• Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to elevate everyday service standards and team culture.
