Professional Customer Service (German speaking)

Villeroy & Boch Hungary Ltd.is a member of one of the largest ceramics manufacturing groups in Europe, is looking for aProfessional Customer Servicewith Germanlanguage skillsfor order management and back office tasks

Tasks:

- Recording and modifying orders;
- Handling complaints;
- Contacting customers in writing;
- Written and verbal communication with German speaking colleagues;
- Preparing and amending price quotations.

Expectations:

- Strong German language skills;
- Ability to work reliably;
- Ability to work independently and accurately;
- Resilience and critical thinking;
- Computer skills at user level;
- Open to IT solutions (S/4HANA, AI), enjoys learning.
We also welcome applications from career starters!

Nice to have:

- English or any other foreign language skills;
- SAP skills at user level.
