Job Description

Your tasks:

As part of our Customer Care team, you will guide clients of all sizes and nationalities through the admission processes on our Exchange, as well as help with daily customer support.
You will be responsible for:

  • Guiding the prospect through the different parts of the onboarding process while being the central point of contact,
  • Ensuring that the prospect meets legal, regulatory, and technical requirements to be admitted at EEX and its Clearing house ECC.
  • Organizing and participating to meetings and calls with the prospect and other departments when required.
  • Performing technical setups and coordinating with internal departments for the admission of the prospect to our Exchange.

For all existing members, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts or tradable product extensions.
  • Processing and saving all incoming documentation;
  • Performing the necessary setups to enable access to our products;
  • Defining, maintaining and improving processes, in close cooperation with other colleagues, in order to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with Exchange rules, policies and guidelines.

Customer Care being in a central position you will be in daily contact with members external partners, and internal teams like such as Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, ECC (the Clearing House), Reporting and Legal departments. In the long run, as a permanent member of the team, you will be trusted with taking part in all kinds of projects involving the team, assuring their implementation by building processes around it and sharing the knowledge with the rest of the team.

In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties. Your skills:

  • University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management) and/or experience in back/middle office
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional level in German and/or French is a plus
  • Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
