El Rol:
Buscamos un Especialista DevOps / SRE Certificado en GCP para diseñar, automatizar y mantener la infraestructura y los pipelines de entrega continua (CI/CD) de los proyectos de la empresa y sus clientes finales. La persona trabajará de cerca con los equipos de desarrollo para garantizar despliegues confiables, optimizar la disponibilidad, escalabilidad y costos en la nube, así como implementar prácticas de observabilidad (monitoreo, logging, alertas) e Infraestructura como Código (IaC).
Requisitos Obligatorios (Must-Have):
CERTIFICACIÓN OBLIGATORIA Y VIGENTE (Criterio Indispensable): Contar con la certificación oficial activa:
Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer (Google Cloud)
Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia desempeñándose específicamente como DevOps o SRE.
Trayectoria Técnica: 3+ años de experiencia previa como Ingeniero(a) de Software o Infraestructura.
CI/CD & IaC: Experiencia demostrable diseñando e implementando pipelines de CI/CD en entornos de producción y automatizando infraestructura mediante código (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager o equivalente).
Conocimientos Técnicos y Deseables:
Stack Técnico Principal: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CI/CD (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Terraform, Contenedores y Orquestación (Docker, Kubernetes / GKE), Observabilidad (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring) y scripting (Bash, Python).
Deseable: Experiencia previa en consultoría/agencias con múltiples clientes, gestión de seguridad en pipelines (gestión de secretos, escaneo de imágenes) y manejo de multicloud (GCP + AWS/Azure).
